REFUND POLICY
VRF Aircon Pvt. Ltd. makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on 020 25665500 or emailing us at sales@vrfaircon.org. After acceptance of delivery of the product, VRF Aircon Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any returns or refund requests.
As our default payment mode is Online (UPI, Credit/Debit Card OR Net Banking), if a customer cancels/returns their order, 5% of the order amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of the refund request.
For any product/service available on sale on VRF Aircon Pvt. Ltd., the company does not assume any liability. VRF Aircon Pvt. Ltd. is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in India.
At the time of receipt of products, customers must check to ensure the product is in proper condition to their satisfaction and sign the delivery challan as acceptance of the product.
However, considering our esteemed customer interest, we are bound to exchange the product or refund the amount in the following conditions:
Any damage discovered at the stage of inspection by the customer when it is unpacked by the delivery associate during delivery will be entitled to immediate replacement within 15 days.
If a product malfunctions at the time of demo/installation, it will be treated as “Dead-On-Arrival,” and the product will be entitled to replacement per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
No request for exchange of product will be entertained once the customer or their representative has signed the delivery challan. In case of defects noticed afterward, they will be serviced by the manufacturer’s service center as per their warranty terms.
If a product has physical damage at the time of delivery or a technical defect found during installation and the manufacturer approves the exchange, the product must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging.
Invoice Copy / Delivery Challan / Payment proof in original must be submitted at the time of such requests.
If a replacement product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, which can be used for future purchases within its validity period but cannot be refunded in cash.
No return is allowed for products purchased under a promotional scheme, discount, or where the invoice specifically mentions “No Replacement.”
We reserve the right to request customer identification.
